Vault

I am unable to login to the online Vault for Internet Security 2013.  Tells me I need to reboot, then tells me the same thing after the reboot.  The little login window will just sit there for hours if I don't go into the Windows Task Manager and shut it off.  I am using Windows 7 64-bit Professional and IE 9.0.8112.16421.  Anyone else having this problem?  Anyone have the solution?  Thanks! :smileyhappy:
