my wife’s computer is on of the devices norton is loaded on. She was able to create a vault under her profile and now cannot access it.
Did she first create her own Norton Account before setting up her own vault?
When trying to log into her vault, be sure she is first logging into her Norton Account and then entering the vault password she created for her vault.
