When ever I use the vault I click on open vault and sign in, then use my password, then it opens and then vanishes, I have to to to norton toolbar and click on open, it then appears in the taskbar, and I then click on it to open. After I have closed the vault, and closed IE11, it is there on screen as a closed vault, and I just close it. This started to happen some time in the middle of last year probably via a update through Norton. I have the latest Norton version and still it does this weird open and close act. Anybody know what it’s doing this for, as I’ve had vault in the past, and when signed in with password it stayed open on screen.
