I am trying to verify my sites in Norton Safe Web and I have uploaded the correct files as well as the meta tags for both frenchfry.com and dhxsoftware.com but I keep getting the notice that the verification failed, even though everything is in place. I also clicked the "submit feedback" button on Friday explaining this same issue but I haven't heard anything back yet.
