Hello Norton Community Team,
I am requesting assistance with an unresolved false-positive URL:Blacklist / Warning classification for Grabify[.]com.
I am Maksymilian Max Ebenstein, the sole owner of Grabify[.]com and Grabify LLC. I have successfully completed Norton Safe Web’s ownership-verification process, and my account currently shows:
Grabify[.]com — Norton Rating: Warning — Ownership verified
I have already requested review several times:
• September 1, 2026: initial false-positive report through “Report false detection” from the Norton warning.
• September 2, 2026: additional information submitted through the same channel.
• September 9, 2026: follow-up submitted through the Norton Safe Web dispute/review process.
Despite these submissions, Norton continues to display the warning and block normal access to Grabify[.]com.
The website was recently migrated from Wix to Hostinger. Hostinger security monitoring reports no malware detected during the past 30 days, and an additional manual malware scan also detected no malware. The current website does not engage in phishing, credential theft, malware distribution, URL shortening, IP logging, or other malicious activity.
This warning is materially affecting Grabify LLC’s ability to commence its business activities because visitors may be prevented from accessing its corporate website.
Could a Norton employee please escalate Grabify[.]com to the Safe Web/security reputation team for an urgent manual review?
If Norton is detecting a specific malicious URL, file, script, redirect, or other security issue, please identify it so that we can investigate immediately. If the website is clean, I respectfully request removal of the URL:Blacklist / Warning classification as a false positive.
I am attaching a screenshot from my Norton Safe Web account confirming both the current Warning rating and Ownership verified status.
Thank you for your assistance.
Maksymilian Max Ebenstein
Sole Owner, Grabify LLC
