I am the verified site owner of bigrocktravel
orton previously detected ClickFix/ClearFake malware on the site. We located and removed the malicious WordPress plugin responsible, removed additional malware remnants, purged all caches, and verified that the reported malicious indicators are no longer present.
A fresh SiteGround Site Scanner Premium scan now reports the site clean. FortiGuard and Broadcom/WebPulse have also re-reviewed the site and now categorize it normally as Travel.
I submitted a Norton Safe Web re-evaluation more than 48 business hours ago, but the public Safe Web rating still shows Warning and I have received no status update.
Could a Norton employee please escalate to the Safe Web / Threat Intelligence team for a fresh manual review?
