Verify that the file is publicly available not working

Hello,

 

I am trying to have my site verified by Norton Safe Web.  I registered the website on my Norton account and have received via email  the meta tag and have added this into the website home page, but verification has failed.  Looking at the email from Norton again and checking the  link to Verify that the file is publicly available, it is not - message "This page cannot be found" .  The url provided is
                http://strawberry-pearls.com/nortonsw_348c31d0-75ae-0.html

 

 

Help please, what do I need to do, or what have I done wrong.
