I've been trying to verify my site with Norton since I purchased my Norton Deluxe. I've added both the file and meta tags still can't verify it. It says it failed cannot be verified, etc.

Still I can't verify the website. I tried sending feedback and no answer in more than over a week.
I tried removing the website and adding it again without the www but I'm still with the same problem.
