Hi, I'm curious whether Version 20.2.0.19 has had any further revisions to fix ongoing problems (eg, ccSvcHst.exe "hang" on Windows shutdown). As a NIS 2012 user--having tried several times to upgrade to NIS 2013 before--I have been holding off on trying to upgrade again until I know those "old issues" have been fixed. Thank you. 
Oh...and if no further revisions have been developed, does anyone know whether Version 20.2.0.19 is "under construction" for a future (hopefully very near future) update? Thank you again.
