I just recently renewed my subscription.
I did it by buying a CD from Amazon and renewing my subscription using the code in the package.
The reason for doing it this way was that the new package was half the price of renewing online! (Go figure!)
Ever since renewing my subscription, I find that Automatic Updates are not taking place but I have to update manually every day.
This does not happen on the 2 other computers which are covered by the same licence, only on my desktop which is running Vista.
The other two computers are running XP and Windows 7.
Both of them update as normal.
