Updated to latest version couple of days ago - having problems logging into vault from IE tool bar (no responsive). IDENTITY window in program itself, IDENTITY opens but ID safe, ID settings & Stats non responsive. Spasmodic on boots, either works or not, if not probably works after reboot. Ok for first 3 - 4 boots on day of installation then reared its head, appeared ok yesterday, happened a good half dozen times today, each time have to reboot. On-line chat support just said keep an eye on it. May be coincidental but also had issue in Excel and printer/scanner - 1st time for these in 3½ years since computer was new - all possibly something to do with latest update? Also auto live update takes a long while to complete, had same issue when updating to 22.9 although that sorted itself out after a few weeks.
