I discovered that my issue with Password Manager is due to the Norton Safe Browser! This was after I uninstalled Norton 360 and reinstalled it. The problem did not go away. Then I discovered that issue was resolved when I switched to Edge. Norton can keep its browser. They don’t read this stuff anyway (is my impression).
