For the last few days (seems to be since Microsoft updated office, Norton 360 has not worked on my MacBook Pro (with latest Mac software updates Monterey 12.0.1). So waited a few days to see if any fixes were made available. Nothing. So today I uninstalled Norton completely and did a complete reinstall. Still no improvement. Called support and waited 45 minutes to be greeted very rudely and eventually got remote assistance for about 2 minuted before the Norton person terminated the support. Struggled all afternoon to try to resolve it myself with no success. Called support again and was eventually answered by the Windows team. I explained that it was a Mac system and I had pushed 2 for that option, but she said it was due to call overflow. She forwarded my call and was told I would have a short wait. After a further 30 minutes the call ended up back with the same woman. She then told me she would forward me to her supervisor. So now I have been on the call for 1 hour 30 minutes without any form of support. I want to get my Norton running and I want Norton to take ownership for treating their paying customers in this manner. It is unacceptable.
