Affected machine profile:
- Windows XP Home - version 2002 SP3
- Chrome - 22.0.1229.94
- Child has a limited user account
- NSM version 2.3.0.27
- no other Norton/Symantec Products
- Microsoft Security Essentials - version 2.1.1116.0
We have multiple computers that are protected using NOF premium. My daughter's netbook doesn't seem to trigger entries in the video logs, though other systems on our account do.
In an effort to clear this up, I've removed and reinstalled NSM on the device in question.
The other systems that are working are not Windows XP, but rather Windows 7, not sure if that plays a role in this or not.
