Video Monitoring Does Not Work

I purchased a Norton Family Premier account for my child's Android device after watching the video that clearly states the product provides YouTube monitoring.  After more than 2 hours of working on it, I still cannot get it to register any video activity.  I even tried disabling the YouTube app and forcing videos to be watched via Chrome, but still nothing shows up.  In addition, nothing shows up under the Apps monitoring tab.  I was hoping for information on which apps were used, and for how long.  Please advise how to fix these issues.
