I upgraded to Norton Family Premier specifically for the Web Supervision feature. I have turned Web Supervision on. I have made sure that Parental Control is turned off. My son watches youtube a lot and this is shown in Web Activity, but under Video it always says No activity. I have sent two requests to Norton Technical Support but have not had a response. Does this feature actually work for anyone? As I said, it is the only reason I upgraded, so if it doesn’t work I want a refund.
My son is running IE 9 on a Windows 7 Hewlett Packard computer. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
