Videos popping up

Hi.  I'm suddenly getting these "unexpected" videos popping up on my computer.  It could be in the middle of checking emails, it even happens when I'm not logged onto the internet, but have just turned on my pc and walked away, I come back and some video is playing.  There is no sound, and they are sort of "news-based" it seems, and I can "x them out"...but I want to know how and why they are appearing in the first place.  "Unathorized access blocked" appears on my Norton Security History quite often now, with medium risk.  Also, some message for "info" says "Protecting your connection to a newly detected network or adapter "Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface", with an IP address.  I have no clue what this all means and am getting concerned.  Is there someone I should call about this, or is this Norton software taking care of it (but what about those videos randomly popping up?)  Help!  I'm new to this forum.  Thanks.
