When we first started using Norton Online Family about two weeks ago, we didn't have any troubles viewing all text messages. As time went on, it seemed that the computer was hanging up a bit. Now we can't access more than one day at a time, and just tonight, we weren't even able to access the day's text messages. is there something we can do in order to fix this?

Sorry I didn't see this reply until now and have just reopened this ticket
To browse the results as a partent I use IE 8 mainly but i have tried chrome with same result
the phone is a droid 2
and the version of online family is the latest one you can down as of end august 2012 not sure of that version

i'm a NOF premier users
not sure of the Android version i will find out tonight and confirm but i this it is version 2 or a subversion of 2
andriod version is 2.3.3
