For months, when I long on to my Norton account to manage my Norton Security deployment, the VIP access app, as a the second in a two stage login process, is shown to be "temporarily" unavailable. I can understand a few hours or a few days, but not months.
Has something changed or is there something I have to do? I like the app as it is more convenient than getting the security code sent as an SMS sent to my phone.
