I would like to use NORTON VIP on Norton IDENTITY SAFE but am told that it is not available. It just does not make any sense that SYMANTEC would not offer two step PIN verification on the IDENTITY SAFE product. Does anyone know how to get SYMANTEC to offer VIP on their own products? Who can i write to about this?
