virscan9.dat came up as Trojan.Autoit.gen after scanned by ClamXav

Hi,

 

On September 30th, I downloaded AV Def through Liveupdate. The following day I did a complete scan of my Mac Book Pro

with both Norton Internet Security 4 and ClamXav 2.0.7. Norton came up with nothing but ClamXav found infected file.

 

Here is the result of the scan.

ERROR: Can't unlink '/Library/Application Support/Symantec/AntiVirus/Engine/virscan9.dat': Permission denied

 

What do I need to do?
