Virus Adupts Fota

I have a simple question. Does Norton Mobile Security is able to delete malware attached to the android system? Its apk in the system Adupts Fota and Adupts fota reboot. I have tried one thousand ways to root phone, give permission to the files etc but nothing work… For example Kaspersky didnt discover it, but dr. Web did and cant be deleted due to system files and read only. Can Norton help me at all? I have original licence and installed on the phone but phone constantly crashes so I cant launch app after clicking sign in in the application. After that phone crashed to main window. Its phone called AllCall and i think its malware preinstalled on the system. Can Norton do a Miracle and delete read only files?

And ye, since your site is not allowed to upload jpg files Im not sending any cause I cant rn.

As you noted, this is installed on the device at the manufacturer as a system app, which cannot be deleted easily.
