Virus blocking taskmanager and NIS scan options

I downloaded mozzila firefox, then an virus or something showed up. It blocked my taskmanager, and and some norton scan options, even it blocked Java and some websites with the warning: (as sample youtube.com)

Your system is infected. Please activate your antivirus software.

 

 

I scanned with Norton, but no treaths and i used by advise Windows Onecare Full Scan. I dont know what to do, and cause you are internet protection/anti-virus i guess you can make an fix or help me out.
