In case you were not aware of it, Symantec has a policy of providing upgrade pricing for all current customers even for a different product. For example if you have NIS, then you can get the upgrade price for Norton Utilities.

That link you found for the business section is for use for everyone and it will have the latest definition release on it. You just have to be careful to pick the right one according to your program and the year of the program. It is not just for the business programs.
