i got lost again ... hopefully this will be my last post (yeah, sure) .. have received lots of help and am so appreciative.
From what i gather from you all i can just sit tight with the newly installed 16.0.0.125 ( after uninstall of 16.7.2.10 and install of 16.0.0.125 on 8/21) until i get the version prior to 16.7.2.10.
But i just had another thought/worry: all i need at this point is reassurance that even tho i now have an earlier (or the first ? ) version of NISS 2009,(16.0.0.125) that i am in fact 'still' getting the latest 'virus definitions ' , as if i had actually had the 'latest' version...(i.e. any of those after 16.0.0.125 )
I rec'd the last update one hr ago (EST)...but i have no way of know 'which' update (number) i rec'd ..it only shows the date.
Also, i posted this at the end of one of my earlier posts (after searching posts for my name) - i re'cd email with the answer but when i went back to the board i couldn't find my original post - i had so many i don't remember 'where' i asked my last question ... i don't think i'm made for computers or ''boards' !!! LOL (not fun for you either)
