I am using NIS ver 16.8.3.6. 10-8-11 was the last date that my virus definitions would update. I am getting error:Module 3035 Error 2. I have tried to update to NIS 12 but I keep getting error: For an alternate way to install this product..." when I install Norton Internet security and tells me to download again. I am running Vista SP 2 32 bit and am on dial up so everything is very slow. I have tried numerous times this week to download this update with no success. Any suggestions. I have always liked my Norton products and would hate to have to go to something else.
