Virus destroying computer! HELP

This has been going on since late last week. I believe I tried downloading some mixtapes and they may have been harbouring viruses. Either that, or something went horribly wrong while I was on www [dot] rnbxclusive [dot] com

My Norton Internet Security has been doing well blocking, removing, and putting into quarantine any viruses it detects; HOWEVER, the viruses KEEP COMING. They're never ending!

Because of them,  I can't access my Folder Options.

Because of them, I can't go on Google and easily click on a search result. The search result has to open in a new tab bringing up some random website!

I can't type in "regedit" in "run"

I can't edit stuff in "msconfig" because it states I am not the administrator. But when I log in as the administrator, it still says the same thing!

In fact, just as I'm typing, I put my cursor over the NIS icon by the "time" on the bottom blue pane and the icon just vanished!

This virus is getting stronger and stronger as the days go by. I really need someone's help :'(

From the symptoms, it seems likely that you have inadvertantly added a rootkit to your system, which is now busily downloading other malware into your system.

Since you are so limited in what you can do with your system, since the malware is locking you out, I highly recommend visiting one of these free malware removal forums.  They are all very skilled at solving these problems, have the appropriate tools and the expertise to help you do it safely.  Bleeping is very busy and the wait may be a long one.

You need to get the free version MalwareBytes (http://malwarebytes.org) and install it. Start MWB and update it to the latest database. Then boot up the system in Safe Mode WITHOUT networking (this will stop the Fake AV from accessing it's servers) and run a MalwareBytes Quick Scan. Follow the prompts after the scan to remove the problems. This should remove all traces of the infection(s). Lastly run an NIS scan and, when it is done, reboot back into Normal mode.

Here's my daily startup routine - and the one I get all my business clients to perform:

  1. After the system starts run Norton LiveUpdate.
  2. Run MalwareBytes (update and then Quick Scan)
  3. Run Windows Update (MS releases out-of-sync patches sometimes).
  4. Reboot the machine
  5. Start your day (email, web, games, etc.) with the knowledge that your system is safe and up-to-date.

Chances are very good that the rogue will prevent MBAM from running as well.  The browser redirects, and the downloading of more malware would indicate that Malwarebytes will not be able to resolve this particular infection.  It will remove some of the minor malware which might make other utilities more accessible, but the OP will probably require expert assistance to fully clean the machine.

I agree with delphin. Go to one of the forums s/he indicated.  Also be sure to STICK with one forum and not go forum hunting!  DO NOT run any tool unless one of the trained mods tell you to do so!

P.S. I've never heard malwarebytes called MWB. Mostly I've heard of MBAM instead.
