Virus "Did not have permission to repair" detected.

Iʻm running Norton Antivirus 11.0.2 for a Macbook running 10.5.6. 

 

I recently had a message saying Virus "Did not have permission to repair" detected. 

 

Now Norton Antivirus takes awhile to load at start up. Also the Lock to prevent changes unlocks and locks itself randomly.

I scanned the entire system for viruses and nothing was found.  

 

Do I have a virus. If so what should I do to remove it.
