Hi, I was told by my norton 2004 antivirus that I had the backdoor.tidserv!inf virus. I went through the steps to remove it that were stated in the symantec help here:

, but when I type this: Expand %DriveLetter%\i386\advapi32.dl_
into the recovery console, it says that it is a parameter error.
So I used Norman malaware scanner to try and erase the files, and erased all my temp files, but nothing seems to work.
When using google I still get re-routed to the wrong pages, usually to a yahoo page. Can anyone help? Thank you.
