Virus Hiding in Norton

Found a jamming virus hiding in Norton.

When removed, laptop worked fine again.

Asked for a refund (2 years).  Norton has ignored me.

Did Norton scans remove it?

The Norton refund policy is good for 60 days from purchase date for any reason. After that it would only be valid if Norton was not able to detect and remove a virus after taking advantage of Norton's Virus Protection Promise.
