PLEASE HELP.....my other victim computer has a primitive form of symantec antivirus. i have picked up some sort of virus and i am not able to open my virus protection or the internet!!!!!
Windows keeps displaying a message saying that my computer is "infected" and it tells me to open my antivirus.
On account of the virus that i have picked up, i can't open my protection...therefore i can't get rid of the virus.
Does anybody know how i can locate and get rid of a virus without using internet of virus protection
PLEASE HELP I AM DESPERATE. This virus has crippled my OTHER computer and i need it working ASAP.
