Virus not found by Norton

I recently purchased DSM NAS that has an antivirus option which checks backed up files. 4 files that pass Norton tests on laptop and desktop have been quarantined.

 

The files were determined to have:

  •  2 Trojan 126459 (javaws.exe  and javawsexe.zip)
  •  Trojan 232649 (POWERPNT.exe)
  •  WIN.trojan/Zbot = 10374 (AdobeARMHelper)

 

Is there a way to find out if these are false positives reported by the DSM AV? If a real virus, how do I report these to get them into Norton?

 

I didn't attach them here in case they were dangerous
