We have lost all the icons from the desktop and the Task Bar - Windows XP and an IBM clone machine ... and Norton AntiVirus 2011 keeps crashing ("One Click" support comes on, but it "errors out") ... Just downloaded N.A.V. 2012 ~ but can't get it to start - the only way we can get programs to run is to use the Windows Task Manager ...
ARGH!
Any suggestions?
