Our computer had a virus that kept Windows from opening up. When we called support they said to take it to a local technician which we did. They removed the virus. Now Norton won't stand behind guarantee because they weren't able to determine if it was a virus when we called and turn it over to their virus removal team because Windows wouldn't open.
