Could a Norton staff member look up a virus submission I made on the 6th Jan and so far I've had no reply.

The file appears to be a crack tool used for the purposes of illegally circumventing registration of commercially available software.

Again I Sent you a P.M. regarding Virus Submission and again you have not Replied to me so I am giving up.

I have no idea what the file was but anyway crack tool or not - it’s not a virus… therefore should not be removed by norton

People are sending lot’s of malware these days. Symantec confirmed me that they are working hard on looking at those files. Please be patient
