Virus submitted but no update yet

Hi Community

I am testing the norton deluxe solution (latest version installed) and I have recently found a sample that was not detected by Symantec. I therefore decided not to use the automated submission via the client but instead submit it via the link below on the 9th of April

I have received a tracking number (#40904586) but since I haven't heard back via second email I decided to ask Norton support by chat. Norton support told me that they do not have access to that information. Is there a way for Norton customers to get access to that information(Symantec customers do get to ask such questions via their symantec account)?

Also according to VT symantec is already detecting this sample as of the 13th of April as Trojan.Gen.NPE
