I could find nowhere else to log a complaint. Maybe someone from Symantec will see this.
I always used Norton anti virus software on my home computer. Yesterday Cyber Security infected my system. Norton software did not stop or remove it. Apparently the company knows this as an issue. I'm not a techi. I do not understand why I had to pay 99.99 US to have your technicians rermove this virus from my system. I did not have an immediate alternative to have someone else to fix it. This is taking advantage of your customers to correct something that your software should have stopped or fixed. I heard all the excuses yesterday. Before my current Norton software license expires I will be looking at other alternatives. Technicians were great.
One very upset user with no where else to enter this complaint.
