I would like a refund. Norton has cost me time and money. I have spent countless hours waiting reviewing my computer and there is still someone logging in remotely to my computer. They are even turning my smart firewall off and disabling auto protect. Live update only updates partially if at all. I am so tired and have lost client work because I refuse to put their sensitive data at risk opening it on my computer. This last time I learned there is NO history of me contacting Norton. Of course not the job was never completed. I have called/chatted 4 times now and they have accessed my computer only doing the basics. I would like my money back. Thank you in advance.
