whenever i log on into my computer and open norton, i get a risk warning. it says i need to update my virus information. During this process, i am automatically logged out and logged back in.
is this normal?
When i go to the about option and i chose an option ( Ex: License agreement ), a quik window opens and close and the browser don´t show nothing…Is this normal?

Hi, I just tried it and experienced the same issue. I clicked Norton’s icon from the macOS menu and then clicked ‘Check for updates.’ The Norton window opened, and after I closed it, Norton terminated automatically. So I had to open Norton again, and it took some time for it to log in and display the active subscription—it showed no active subscription for a while after restarting.
Looks like it’s a bug.
However, after that, it’s working normally. I see no problem with ‘Check for updates’ or other Norton 360 features. Try restarting Norton by clicking on it, or try restarting your Mac so that Norton 360 will restart as well. It might be a one-off bug introduced by recent updates?
