I am receiving messages from a previous software protection company that says that I have trojans on my computer, but Norton scan is not identifying them. Who do I believe?
Hello Andrea. What company is sending the messages? Do you still have the other companies software installed? Can you post the context of what the trojans are, WITHOUT, indulging personally identifiable information? Most likely you are being scammed somehow.
