I don't know if this appropriate place to post this, but after purchasing, installing and using Norton, a virus wiped out all of my programs. Norton said my computer was safe, however, the black screen and wiped out programs said differently. Now I have to spend a bunch of money I don't have to fix my brand new laptop. Any suggestions?
