Virus work around

I have Norton 360 3 PC.  Before I loaded it on my laptop it got the Win 7 virus.  Now I can not get on the internet to download Norton.  How do I work around the virus to get Norton loaded?

You do not need to work around he viurus to load Norton.  You need to remove the virus and then insatll Norton.  Never load any Anti-Virus program on an infected system.
