I am trying to help someone fix a problem they are having with your Norton 2006 antivirus software. I've read on another post that this is fixed by updating to 2012 (or newer now) but the problem is the preson that Im trying to help no longer uses or remembers the email they set up in 2006 as they now use another service. They have continually updated the subscristion through the software without need to login online.
The software userinterface seems to be compleatly non functional and normally id un-install and re-install but they have been ording two years or more at a time.
Is there anything that can be done to resolve this? If not we will be forced to leave norton for anther Antivirus.
