Visibility and back up to NAS with Norton 360 v3 Backup

I have connected a NAS to my pc with Vista Home basic. The NAS is vible and usable in windows explorer. When opening Backup in Norton 360, this NAS is not visible, hence I cannot send my back up to the NAS.

You probably need to map a network drive. You should create a shared folder on your NAS for Norton 360 to use and then map it with a drive letter and then Norton 360 should see it OK.
