I recently restored my laptop back to windows 8 as the windows 8.1 preview was disturbing virtually all my applications. Since the restore I seem to have acquired a new hard drive on my computer referred to as \\?\Volume(9e513e. I downloaded the norton eraser but it didn't find this. I believe it's some kind of virus that entered my computer during the restore. Does anyone know how I can remove it?
