منذ تاريخ 5 ديسمبر vpn لايعمل قمت بالحذف واعادة التنصيل النورتن وملحقاته وايضا تنصيب vpn لكن دون نتيجه

You mentioned you also installed the VPN. Did you install the standalone Norton Secure VPN app? If so, you should check to see if your Norton 360 has the VPN feature. If it does, you should uninstall the standalone VPN and just use the VPN feature in Norton 360. Having both can cause strange issues on your computer.

Since December 5, the VPN has not been working. I have deleted and reinstalled Norton and its accessories, and also installed the VPN, but to no avail.
