VPN addresses beginning with .15

When the Norton VPN connects with an ip address that begins with .15xxxx it won't connect to common sites, like Google and major news sites. If I change to any other ip addresses it connects just fine. 

How can I eliminate these ip addresses so I don't have to sit through a series of reconnections until I get another address?

Hello. The only recourse is changing the VPN region in settings. We have no control of the IP addresses being used client side.
