Issue abstract: VPN blocks safe web sites

Detailed description: When attempting to access some websites the page just does not load. I installed Norton 360 deluxe and have found that the some websites are failing to load. A specific example is MSN articles. yet some potentially unsafe websites are allowed (for example adult content). I can prove it is the Norton VPN by turning off the VPN and refreshing the MSN site and the site loads instantly. I have looked for settings in Norton to control this but cannot see any. Any help would be appreciated

OS details: Windows 11

Legitimate sites like banking and such…may need to know your true location to verify your identity.
