i have 3 devices using Norton 360, all of which are in my home at all times. I can connect to the VPN using 2 of them without problems always. One of them will not connect no matter what i do. I consistently get the 'connection error' message. I do not want to follow the 750 step process to remove drivers and norton and add this and remove that.........There has to be a simpler answer to this issue. Why one computer and not all of them??
All pc's are running the same version, same build of Windows 10 Home edition version 2004 build 19041.630. 2 are HP's (the ones that connect) and the other is a Lenovo.
