VPN connection error

I have not been able to connect to VPN on my iPhone with Norton 360 for several weeks, even trying different networks. I tried using different countries also without success. Device Security is not finding any issue.

Norton 360 is version 26.7.0.20260423.3363

IOS is running 26.4.2

Anyone else having difficulty? Thoughts??

I have the same iOS version and 360 version as you and do not have any issue connecting to the VPN.

Try turning off the phone, and restarting it and testing. If that does not help, uninstall 360, restart the phone and then reinstall 360 and test.
